Montana Knife Company™ Blackfoot Blade 2.0 Kydex sheath comes with a quick attach belt hook. This belt loop can be put on your belt without removing or unclasping the belt. The knife can also be carried horizontally or vertically by simply removing two screws, adjusting the look, and reapplying the screws.

My Blackfoot came with the first gen sheath. Wanted this one for the increased mounting options this design allows for. While there is certainly nothing wrong with the original sheath this one seems more balanced when using the belt clips mounted to the spine side. Also like the ability to lash this with paracord if necessary. Fit and finish are excellent as always. Knife rides securely.

It has a lot of mounting options and plenty of adjustment. I bought the orange as it would be more visible should it come off my belt but honestly, this thing isn't going anywhere!

It would have been nice to know that upon buying the knife you get the same sheath with it and whoever took the order should have questioned that instead of letting me spend the extra money for nothing.

It sounds like you missed the writing in bold when you purchased your knife. We do not go through every single order and decipher why customers are buying additional sheaths. It's actually extremely common for people to buy an additional sheath as a backup or for their own personal uses.
