The Kydex sheath which came with my Jackstone knife didn't quite fit the knife correctly - the knife rattled around in the sheath. I contacted Customer Service, and they were on the ball - they sent me a replacement sheath and it arrived in short order. But there was still the same problem - my knife rattled around in the sheath just like it did in the original sheath. The next step was to send both of the sheaths and the knife back so MKC could correct the issue - and they sent me a postage paid label to take care of the postage. It wasn't long and my knife with the third sheath was sent back to me, and that time the sheath fit very well (third time was the charm!). The folks at MKC Customer Service were very good to work with, and I most certainly appreciate them taking care of the issue.
