This pen works extremely well! The clip is very sturdy, unlike another reviewer who claimed weak. Most likely clip got caught on something and under severe tention broke off. But under NORMAL operation this clip is great! The bolt action feels assertive and strong. Feels great in the hand and well balanced when writing. Great color combo as well! Great pen! Get them while they last!

The orange clip, the one that makes it cool and unique, snapped off after just sixty days. For a $125 pen, that is disappointing. The worst part is when I contacted customer support, I was told to pound sand because I’m outside the 30 day window. Very sad hearing that from a company that prides itself on craftsmanship, longevity, and great service. Sadly, not my experience.

As stated in our previous communication with you, we do not make the Tactile Pens, but we assured you that Tactile, who does make the pens, would take care of you regarding the broken clip. We NEVER told you to 'pound sand.' We gave you Tactile's contact information and assured you that they would back their product that they made.
