The Packout Skinner boasts a unique, half-moon skinning blade that maximizes cutting efficiency in a minimal footprint.

This knife is all belly, providing 3.5 inches of cutting edge packed into a 3-inch blade. The sweeping curve allows for long, clean strokes, making quick work of skinning. Cam wanted a compact package that could make quick work of his favorite game including, Blacktailed-deer, Whitetail, Mule deer, Elk or bears - and the Packout delivers. 

The Packout Skinner excels at fleshing out hides in the field, where its rounded tip minimizes the risk of puncturing. This knife may be small, but it's a powerhouse of skinning efficiency.

ERGONOMIC G10 HANDLE

The Packout Skinner's handle is crafted from milled G-10, providing a secure, comfortable grip even in wet or cold conditions.

This knife is designed to feel like a natural extension of your hand. The handle features a palm swell that fills your grip, giving you complete control. The way the handle ramps down in the front allows for your index finger to be placed along the top of the blade, or you can reverse grip and put your thumb on top where it falls into the half moon shape perfectly.

Even with its compact size, the Packout Skinner offers a full, ergonomic grip that minimizes hand fatigue. It's designed to fit comfortably in large hands and while wearing gloves, ensuring you can work efficiently for hours on end. We’ve also added Cam’s signature red and black layered handle to the color choices.

This sheath is built to withstand the beatings of the backcountry, keeping your knife protected and readily available.     Great knife - Haven’t used it to skin anything yet but it has done the job in the kitchen. We are in the process of getting rid of “all of those” kitchen knives that have accumulated over the years- keeping 4 all MKC knives!
