EXCLUSIVE MKC OPEN CARRY SHEATH 2.0

Each Speedgoat Ultra comes with a custom molded MKC Kydex sheath, now made in-house at our shop in Montana.

The sheath features a built-in retention screw to customize blade tension and allow for handle-down carrying. The Speedgoat Ultra sheath comes with a Kydex clip that allows you to carry your knife on a pack or belt, either horizontally or vertically.

    Beautiful Knife

    This Knife is beautiful in every way. The polish blade to the carbon fiber handle. The way this company is able to machine these handles to be so thin is remarkable. Blade is razor sharp. This is my fourth MKC knife and just as impressive as the last. Amazing products all around !

    American Quality!

    I grew up Racing cars and hunting. When I seen the carbon fiber and the speedgoat name ! Every thi is super nice quality. I love it super sharp and I love all the hands on quality work and care put into everything. Nice work Team.

    Perfect.

    I’d been carrying the speedgoat mini appendix carry and figured I could get away with the original size without sacrificing any comfort. This will be a forever knife for sure. This knife is both beautiful and functional and so far the point on every knife I’ve bought from MKC has arrived sticky sharp.

    The sheath is also very well designed, which is hard to find these days even on expensive knives. (Looking at you Oregon). The only improvement I made on mine was for my specific carry style. After having cut one of my favorite pairs of pants I decided to make a leather wrap that extends beyond the pant line and to be against the skin (no one likes that sweaty kydex feel).

    My new EDC fitting of a Montana Mountain Man

    Maybe I’ve always been a little jealous of my daughter’s classic speed goat. Maybe it’s been a few months of carrying a mini stoned goat but not loving the p-cord, but when I saw this come up I snagged it. Paired with the upgraded clip it’s perfection. Big enough to do work on lunch, ducks, or road kill du jour. it’s sleek, light, and a damn fine blade.
