What is this we have here? I do reckon that we have another MKC Knife that is vying for 1st place as my favorite fixed blade EDC front pocket carry.
That knife would be the MKC Badrock! This knife may be small, but it is mighty and indeed bad to the bone! My MKC Badrock came adorned with orange and black G10 scales for the handle, and the blade is dressed out in the superb Magnacut stone washed steel.
This little dandy is what my grandfather would have called a “Sunday go to meeting” fancy piece of cutlery!
When I first received the MKC Badrock I initially tied a classic short lanyard knot for it but have since tied a short leather noose knot shown in the picture. Haven’t decided which I like best yet, TBD!
This little jewel of a knife has a generous finger choil and gimping on the spine of the blade for my thumb when you need a little extra grip purchase. This knife feels good in the hand when drawn from its’ sheath, and great when you’re peeling an apple or cutting a thick dense cheese. Just a joy to use!
One possible upcoming use for this knife might be to remove the pocket clip and thread an appropriate length of paracord or leather lacing through the sheath to make this a neck knife. I like to wear a neck knife while climbing trees during whitetail season.

Originally tried to purchase the rocker and concealed sheath, but knife was out of stock too fast. No time frame was given for the return of the Rocker.
The Badrock pocket knife is a good second. I enjoy carrying it every day. They conceal sheath carry after some trim shaving modification is excellent also. It was too beefy upon delivery.
I will order the Rocker, if it ever comes available again.
