    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I already own the full MKC culinary knife collection and have been thrilled with their performance, so I was excited when I was finally able to add these PVD Black steak knives to complete the set. They absolutely deliver—premium full-tang construction, incredibly sharp 440C blades with that sleek PVD finish, and comfortable G10 handles that feel just right, balanced and controlled. They slice through steak (and everything else) like butter with effortless precision. The bison leather portfolio is a nice bonus, whether you are storing, or safely transporting to MKC for free lifetime sharpening. .
