The Montana Knife Company™ edge grain cutting block is great for everyday use. This particular board features a juice groove to contain juices on the board. This board also features rubber feet on the bottom to provide a non-skid base and allow proper airflow around the board.

Now let’s get something out of the way right now. These things are heavy duty… I am talking HEAVY DUTY. Each board is almost 2 inches thick and weighs over 6 Pounds each of solid American grown wood.     Showpiece or cutting board???

    The cutting board was absolutely beautiful and heavy duty! I gave it as a Christmas gift to a friend who just built a new house and figured it would be awesome for his high end outdoor summer kitchen. He liked it so much that he put it in his inside kitchen as a show piece. He doesnt even want to use it… It is a beautiful piece and the quality is off the charts. I am going to buy one for myself now (but I will be using mine) ;-)
