When it comes to steel, the Chopper doesn’t mess around. The quarter-inch-thick blade is carved from premium 52100 carbon steel. Cryogenically treated for maximum toughness, this steel hits that sweet spot between holding an edge and absorbing serious abuse. The PVD coating keeps the elements at bay and eliminates unwanted glare.

The Chopper’s handle is the product of obsessive craftsmanship. Josh Smith hand-sculpted the perfect grip, then our team used precision calipers to measure every curve and contour of his custom work.

We digitally recreated that exact feel for production, creating an ergonomic masterpiece that grips like a custom knife but performs like the workhorse it is. When you’re swinging a quarter-inch of steel around, unshakeable control isn’t just nice to have. It’s survival.
