The new USA MADE Heritage Hoodie is MKC's answer to years of customer requests for gear built entirely on American soil. This project is years in the making and we're so excited to bring these to the customers who made this all possible.
The cotton starts in Texas fields, then makes its way west to California where it's knit, dyed, patterned, cut, and sewn before it ships to us in Missoula, MT.
Every detail was considered from the start, from the woven labels to the Speedgoat paracord loop at the back neck. Nothing here came off an existing blank. This hoodie was built from scratch, sized for MKC, and made the way things used to be made.
Fourteen ounces of heavyweight 100% cotton with a brushed fleece interior. This is made from real cotton that wears in and gets better with time. We've been working toward a stronger lineup of USA-made gear for a while now, and the Heritage Hoodie is a real step in that direction. This won't be the last one.

- 14 oz heavyweight 100% USA cotton
- Brushed fleece interior
- Cuff ribbing contains 3% spandex for recovery
- Cotton grown in Texas
- Knit, dyed, patterned, cut, and sewn in California
- Custom MKC paracord loop at back neck
- Custom woven MKC labels throughout
Expect 3 to 5% shrinkage after the first wash. Size up if you prefer a relaxed fit.

This hoodie is super high quality. I wear a medium and typically shrink stuff in the wash so I ordered a large and it washed to a perfect slightly over medium size. The fabric weight and cut is close perfection and it feels great when you put it on. While its not the cheapest product to purchase I’ve paid more for what I feel were lower quality “Made in USA” goods from other retailers. I will absolutely buy more of these, I feel the quality and construction will absolutely last a long time and feel it is overall a good value.
