I absolutely love this knife! I was so stoked with the surprise final drop on these. I had pretty much given up hope that MKC would ever drop these again. It's the perfect addition to the Culinary set, but I do need you guys to build a knife stand that is about 4-6 inches wider!

Was praying this knife would get released again. Already have the MKC Meat Church chef knife, but I found that one, while sharp as hell, was a little too thick for my liking. That one is for my camp bin. The Shedhorn is for the house. Classic chef knife shape and thinner. It's actually perfect. Sad to see its the last release, hope for others that wont be the case.

If you are a fan of MEATEATER and you only need, want or can afford one really NICE kitchen knife than this is a great choice! Designed by the CEO and founder of MKC, Josh Smith and MEATEATERS founder Steven Rinella they knocked this out of the park! ( the 2 orange and black handled knives are sold separate but also designed by Josh and Steve )
