    Meat church chef knife

    First of all it’s American made, the knife is super comfortable and sharp as hell. Guessing this thing will be around much longer than I will. Will definitely be getting a couple more to go with it.

    Fantastic knife

    Spent ten years when I was a younger man working in bbq places in VA. Worked with a lot of knives. Nothing even comes close to this. Extremely sharp, well balanced, and the build is near perfection. Would highly recommend. Wish I had this back in the 80s. Kudos to MKC.
