As someone who wears flannels on a weekly basis, this is a fantastic flannel. Residing in Florida I wear lighter weight flannels all year long. This Dixxon flannel is a slightly heavier material than that of a Patagonia or Columbia flannel. It looks great and I’m sure it will feel better coming in the winter months.
As far as construction goes, I gave this four stars due to the production process. This flannel looked like a military blouse when it arrived, it had extra strings sewed on all seams. Took a while to cut and burn the excess “stragglers” off to get it nice and uniform. Dixxon or whoever manufactures their flannels definitely looks like it came from a sweatshop the way it was sewed.
