    Great customer service!

    I had a screw come out on the sheath for the retention portion. I simply sent them an email with a picture and the next day. I had a replacement part in the mail. No questions asked.

    Lost tension screws

    I lost the tension screws on a couple kydex knife sheaths. The wizard Tory was to the rescue and found the replacement ones. They come with a dab of lock tite. I also put some bowstring wax on them to keep them from loosening up. 5 stars!

    Lost the main tension screw in my sheath and almost lost my knife on a deer hunt. As soon as I emailed support, they immediately shipped me a new tension screw without question.

    The knife is excellent, already used it on a bear and a buck this year and can tell it will be my go to knife for years to come, but the customer service was next level!!!
